Description: Brand new for 2010 the Portland International Raceway (PIR) Prologue is sure to be a huge hit. Flat and incredibly fast this course is sure to produce incredible times. The only major factor could be the wind. Located on the banks of the Columbia River the track is known to get some pretty good gusts of wind ripping across the tarmac. PIR is also home to the largest weekly race series in the Northwest. Race fans are encouraged to bring their bikes out and participate in the Tuesday night race series that will run just prior to the prologue. A number of categories are available to assure opportunities for everyone. Then kick back with a great microbrew and enjoy watching the pros race.
