MT. HOOD NATIONAL FOREST — Multi-time US cyclocross junior national champion Logan Owen (California Giant/Specialized) conquered Mt. Hood’s final stage Sunday, winning the challenging Three Summits Road Race in wet conditions in front of teammate Robin Eckmann. Cameron Cogburn (CCB Racing), of Boston, finished eighth on the day and took over the final yellow jersey from previous race leader Logan Loader (CashCall Mortgage).

In the women’s race, stage 3 winner Katharine Hall (Metromint Cycling) kept her winning streak going by attacking away from a select group in the closing kilometers and taking the stage 4 win ahead of Anne Perry (K4 Racing-DNA Cycling). Breanne Nalder (K4 Racing-DNA Cycling) brought the rest of the group in about 90 seconds later to take third.
